About Us
We have had a passion for dogs our entire lives. We have two Weimaraners named Stella and Burke. We enjoy hanging out with our dogs and taking them hiking, backpacking, boating, swimming and other adventures. We try to incorporate our dogs in every part of their lives. Laurie enjoyed teaching middle school for eight years and Jason is currently a mortgage banker. Laurie decided to leave her teaching career and we started our new journey into the pet service industry. We spent two and a half years researching and planning our vision before it finally became reality in July of 2015.
Our Mission
Our goal is to provide the ultimate experience for the pet and the pet owner. We strive to provide pups with a safe, healthy and happy place to stay and play. We want to provide owners with peace of mind knowing their dogs are being cared for in a professional, safe, and loving environment. We aim to provide the highest level of customer care and service as a full–service dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facility. We opened Ruffin' It Doggie Daycare in July of 2015 with the intent of helping dogs become better pets. We know what it’s like to get a new cute puppy and not have the time during the day to train and socialize them. We want you to be able to pick up a happy and tired dog at the end of your day. A dog’s stay with us for the day or long term can give you peace of mind and your dog a more balanced behavior. We are a one –stop shop for all your dog’s needs.
